des objectifs strat\u00e9giques de l\u2019EDQM est de r\u00e9pondre aux difficult\u00e9s \u00e9mergentes en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 publique, au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des consommateurs et consommatrices. Cela n\u00e9cessite de coordonner les efforts afin de garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation et la qualit\u00e9 des cosm\u00e9tiques par le biais d\u2019activit\u00e9s normatives supervis\u00e9es par le Comit\u00e9 europ\u00e9en sur les cosm\u00e9tiques et la sant\u00e9 du consommateur (CD-P-COS) et d\u2019activit\u00e9s de contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 men\u00e9es par le r\u00e9seau europ\u00e9en des laboratoires officiels de contr\u00f4le des cosm\u00e9tiques (r\u00e9seau\u00a0OCCL).<\/p><p>Le CD-P-COS \u00e9labore des normes, des politiques et des exigences communes relatives \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des produits qui renforcent la protection de la sant\u00e9 des consommateurs et consommatrices dans ce domaine. Le r\u00e9seau OCCL encourage la collaboration technique dans le cadre de la surveillance du march\u00e9 des cosm\u00e9tiques et incite ainsi les \u00c9tats membres \u00e0 coop\u00e9rer pour les activit\u00e9s de surveillance de la qualit\u00e9 des produits. Le comit\u00e9 a, en outre, particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une r\u00e9union conjointe avec le r\u00e9seau\u00a0OCCL, qui regroupe plus de 50\u00a0laboratoires d\u2019Europe et d\u2019ailleurs, travaillant de concert pour coordonner la surveillance du march\u00e9 et renforcer les capacit\u00e9s de contr\u00f4le. Ces travaux aident les Autorit\u00e9s nationales et les fabricants d\u2019encres \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser les \u00e9valuations obligatoires des risques microbiologiques et toxicologiques inh\u00e9rents \u00e0 l\u2019injection intradermique des encres de tatouage et du maquillage permanent. Une nouvelle \u00e9dition, pr\u00e9vue pour\u00a02025, viendra compl\u00e9ter la <a href=\"https:\/\/search.coe.int\/cm?i=09000016805d3dbe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">R\u00e9solution\u00a0ResAP(2008)1 du Comit\u00e9 des Ministres sur les exigences et crit\u00e8res d\u2019innocuit\u00e9 des tatouages et des maquillages permanents<\/a>, ainsi que la l\u00e9gislation europ\u00e9enne en vigueur.<\/p><p>Dans le cadre de ses activit\u00e9s de sensibilisation du public, le CD-P-COS a recommand\u00e9 aux Autorit\u00e9s nationales comp\u00e9tentes (ANC) de coordonner des campagnes d\u2019information visant \u00e0 aider les consommateurs et consommatrices \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le plus actif dans la protection de leur propre sant\u00e9 en \u00e9vitant les risques connus. Les exemples cit\u00e9s comprenaient des infographies, des campagnes sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, des brochures et autres publicit\u00e9s qui pourraient \u00eatre \u00e9labor\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re Les personnes venues sur place ont \u00e9galement pu participer \u00e0 une formation pratique sur une m\u00e9thode d\u2019analyse \u00e0 plusieurs composantes.<\/p><p>Le r\u00e9seau\u00a0OCCL m\u00e8ne et coordonne des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edqm.eu\/fr\/market-surveillance-studies-in-cosmetics-cos-mss\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9tudes de surveillance du march\u00e9 (MSS)<\/a> pour v\u00e9rifier la conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire des cosm\u00e9tiques en Europe. Dans ce cadre, la d\u00e9tection de traces de nitrosamines toxiques dans des vernis \u00e0 ongles a soulev\u00e9 des inqui\u00e9tudes chez des membres du r\u00e9seau.<\/p><p>Une MSS sur les cosm\u00e9tiques destin\u00e9s aux enfants, d\u00e9but\u00e9e en\u00a02011, en est actuellement \u00e0 son quatri\u00e8me cycle. capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 doser ces compos\u00e9s toxiques dans les vernis \u00e0 ongles.<\/p><p>Deux autres \u00e9tudes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9es\u00a0: l\u2019une ax\u00e9e sur l\u2019identification et le dosage des glucocortico\u00efdes dans les cr\u00e8mes pour le corps et le visage, l\u2019autre sur le dosage du peroxyde d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dans les solutions de d\u00e9coloration des cheveux et dans les
